Users are considered either Test Users or Production Users. Any website visitor may become a Test User. For Test Users, we collect email and IP address information about your computer. To conduct live transactions, a user must become a Production User. Test Users must complete an underwriting application to become a Production User. This application will ask you to provide the following: business and personal tax IDs, social security, company principal contact information, relevant compliance policies, financial statements, corporate structure documents, and use cases and projected volumes through the Payout platform.

Information collected from third parties:

We may collect information about you from trusted third parties. For example, we may collect information from credit bureaus, banks, or other entities with information pertaining to the services we are providing.

Information collected through technology:

We may collect information about our website visitors through cookies and our web server logs. Cookies are web browser features that allows us to recognize computers that access our website. Our web server logs collect information about visitor IP addresses and our service performance levels. We use cookies to remember visitor information and provide more customized user experiences. We use server log data to monitor and analyze our service performance so that we can optimize the speed and resilience of our service.
