Users are considered either Test Users or Production Users. Any website visitor may become a Test User. For Test Users, we collect email and IP address information about your computer. To conduct live transactions, a user must become a Production User. Test Users must complete an underwriting application to become a Production User. This application will ask you to provide the following: business and personal tax IDs, social security, company principal contact information, relevant compliance policies, financial statements, corporate structure documents, and use cases and projected volumes through the Payout platform.
Information collected from third parties:
We may collect information about you from trusted third parties. For example, we may collect information from credit bureaus, banks, or other entities with information pertaining to the services we are providing.

We may share your information with our service providers and partners that are integral to the operations of our service. This may include financial institutions, card associations, and payments processors. We only provide information to third parties that are reasonably required to perform their functions.

The Payout website and services are available publically. Payout does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If Payout obtains knowledge that it has collected personal information from a child under 13, Payout will delete that information.

We are required to collect certain information to provide you services and ensure that we comply with law and regulations. If you elect not to provide the information we require, you may be limited in your access to our services.

Payout understands that it is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with its IT systems and the information stored, processed, and transmitted on them. We employ a risk management program to protect data stored and transmitted. We maintain strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect this information, including the use of SSL encryption, firewalls, and physical security. We have implemented IT infrastructure to safeguard payment cardholder data, including compliance with Payment Card Industry Standards (PCI Level 1).
